Tim chose to become a Realtor out of a desire to connect with clients on a more personal level. For Tim, real estate is fundamentally about creating and maintaining relationships in order to help clients succeed in their goals.
One of the most demanding and stressful times for any family is buying or selling a home. Tim’s overarching goal is to help make the process as painless and stress-free as possible. By building trust and being committed to open communication, Tim keeps his clients informed at every stage of the process. He knows that having his clients understand the process reduces any confusion and stress. Tim strives to make sure his clients are relaxed, looking forward to their life in their new home and eager to work with him again in the future.
Tim puts his drive and energy to work outside of real estate as well. He loves travelling and has stamped his passport in Japan, Thailand, Cambodia, the Philippines, across Europe, and the United Arab Emirates. Tim obtained his commercial helicopter pilot license in 2004, and enjoys golfing and dirtbiking in the Rocky Mountains. He has a young son who keeps him busy when he is not working and he is expecting his second child with his beautiful wife Melanie.
